From January to August 2023, Trilistnik Children’s Shelter in Kronstadt, St. Petersburg, run by the ELCIR aided 28 children. Shelter workers participated in child custody trials and did legal paperwork for child custody by relatives upon a court-decreed withdrawal of parental rights or upon parents’ death.
