On August 10, 2025, the consecration of the church building for the new St. Andrew’s congregation in Tula took place.

The first worship service was held, led by bishop Ivan Laptev and deacon Filipp Rodionov, attended by ministers from the Moscow, Southern, and St. Petersburg deaneries. The “LUTHER” coffee shop and the home of deacon Filipp’s family were also consecrated.

Glory to God for everyone who participated in preparing the premises and provided any kind of support for this good work. We pray for the ministers of the new congregation, for the growth of the community, and for God’s help in all things.
