On April 20, 2023, Pastor Albert Mazurenko from Irkutsk visited the Lutheran congregation in Sayansk, Irkutsk Oblast. Pastor Albert and Deacon Ivan Pavlovets from Sayansk led a morning devotional and a worship service.
