The 2nd Interconfessional Spartakiad* of the Udmurt Republic closed with a checkers tournament at the National Library of Udmurtia in Izhevsk on November 6, 2022.Marina Voronina from the Lutheran Church of Izhevsk took third place in the underage women’s category.
Cordial thanks to our team for their endeavor and effort! The local ELCIR congregation was awarded a diploma for its participation in the checkers tournament signed by Metropolitan Victorinus, head of the Udmurt Metropoly of the Russian Orthodox Church. Marina was awarded a personal third place diploma signed by Aleksandr Varshavski, minister of physical culture and sports in the Udmurt Republic.
