The bishop met with Head of the Town Administration Igor Dolgikh. They discussed plans to continue collaboration.

 

Later, Bishop Laptev met with the congregation’s clergy and officers of the ELCIR Central Office. The Central Office is assisting the Zelenogorsk congregation in installing gas supply and preparing a land improvement plan. During the meeting, plans were made to make the congregation’s mission work more active, involve volunteers, and enhance its musical ministry.
