From October 23 to 26, 2025, the First Agricola Academic Readings were held in Vyborg. The event was organized by the Evangelical Lutheran congregation of Sts. Peter and Paul (Vyborg) in collaboration with the Vyborg Unified Museum-Reserve. Mikael Agricola (c. 1510 – 1557) was a Finnish reformer.

The readings became an international (Russia–Belarus) and interconfessional forum. Participants included representatives from the Church of Ingria, the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Russia, and the Russian Orthodox Church. A guest from a Methodist parish in Moscow also presented a paper. The work was conducted within the framework of three sections: historical, philological, and musical-liturgical.

As part of the program, there was a ceremonial opening of an exhibition dedicated to translations of the Bible into various languages. The event also featured two concerts.
