The 15th St. Petersburg & Leningrad Oblast Prayer Breakfast: Family, Traditional Family Values was held on May 14, 2024.ELCIR Lutherans participated in the event. Bishop Ivan Laptev said a short homily, read Mt. 19:5-6 out loud and lifted a prayer.
Married for 44 years, Bishop Emeritus Arri Kugappi and his wife Alina received an award in the Family without Divorce category.
In conclusion, Bishop Kugappi blessed the assembly with the Aaronic Benediction.
