On February 22, 2024, St. Petersburg State University hosted “Traditional Values and Images of the Future,” a conference of researchers and educators as part of the Int’l Interreligious Youth Forum.The following presentations came from the ELCIR Theological Institute:
“Traditional Family Affections in Early Christian Hagiography and Images of the Future” by Deacon Aleksei Kargaltsev, Cand. Sc. (History), MTh, vice-rector for academic work.
“Child-Bearing and Marriage of Clergy in the Theology of Martin Luther” by Deacon Aleksei Lozhkin, a 4th-year student in the intramural bachelor’s degree program.
