On February 1, 2024, Timofey Yevseyev Ethnic Museum of the Mari El Republic in Yoshkar-Ola, Mari El, held the 17th Yevseyev Lecture, a scholarship & practice conference. Topic: “The Museum and Technologies: Changes, Challenges, Trends.”
Tatiana, a member of St. Michael’s Lutheran Church of St. Petersburg, is director of St. Michael’s church museum, the only church museum among the major museums in Moscow, the Komi Republic, Transbaikal, Arkhangelsk, the Republic of Tatarstan and other regions in Russia represented at the conference.Tatiana’s presentation was entitled “The Museum’s Chatbot as Man’s Friend. The Experience of Communicating with Visitors via Messengers. Successes, Errors, Opportunities.” She shared how the church can organize activities, answer FAQ’s, educate, and build a positive image of the church in potential visitors.
