From January 9-10, 2024, the Lutheran Church of Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast, hosted a meeting of the ELCIR Southern Deanery. Dean Antipov updated the participants on the state of affairs in the deanery and the other ministers shared in more detail about the life of their churches. Bishop Laptev taught a seminar on discipleship. Pastor Camp gave a talk about offerings, helping see the Biblical foundations for different types of offerings and their importance.The next day, Bishop Laptev celebrated a liturgy, which was followed by his lecture on Christmas. The meeting ended in a planning session for 2024.
