On Sunday August 20, 2023, Irina and Anastasia came into full fellowship with the Church, having publicly witnessed to their faith during the Rite of Confirmation at St. Anne’s Lutheran Church of St. Petersburg (otherwise known as Annenkirche)! Thanks be to God for our new sisters in Christ!On the following Sunday, August 27, St. Anne’s clergy installed Mikhail Shestakov in the ministry of Catechist. Mikhail has been active in the life of the congregation, facilitating the Basics of Christian Faith course, St. Anne’s film lovers club and Taizé Prayer. He is now a student at the ELCIR Theological Institute. God’s blessings on Mikhail as he follows the Way!
