On August 16, 2023, Senior Pastor Yevgeni Mikhailov of the Lutheran Church in Pushkin, suburban St. Petersburg, guided a tour of his church for a group from the Social Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Adults and Children in Kirovsky District, St. Petersburg. The guests learned about the history of this Ingrian Lutheran congregation and Lutherans. Although some of the people in the care of the center who are visually impaired can’t fully perceive the church’s inner space and décor, the church has objects they could study by touch. One of them is a relief picture of Jesus Blessing the Children and the other is musical instruments, some of which they even played! Thanks be to God for these special guests!Rev.
