Over the weekend of June 12-13, 2023, ELCIR Bishop Ivan Laptev visited Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Murmansk. The church is at the final phase of wrapping up construction work. It has a vibrant life with regular worship services, senior and disabled meetings, music recitals, and evening activities. Bishop Laptev attended the Hearth and Home retreat organized by Holy Cross Lutheran and Dobriye Serdtsa Charitable Foundation gathering kids from the church and kids with health limitations in the newly-constructed church building.
