On May 25, 2023, the Council for Interethnic Cooperation of the Vsevolozhsk District administration met at St. George’s Lutheran Church in Koltushi, Leningrad Oblast.Rev. Ivan Hutter, the congregation’s senior pastor and the dean of the ELCIR St. Petersburg Deanery, spoke about the history of the local church. After the meeting, the church servants took their guests on an excursion to the Theological Institute and the Mercy House in Koltushi.
