From May 2-5, 2023, the ELCIR Theological Institute held a training in the spiritual and practical fundamentals of church leadership, in collaboration with Pastoral Leadership Institute International (PLII).Course teachers: Bishop Ivan Laptev, Pastor Yevgeni Raskatov, Pastor Valeri Antipov and ELCIR family ministry coordinator Natalia Antipova, Pastor Artis Eglītis and Pastor Roberts Otomers from Latvia.
The training is for ordained and lay church ministers and their wives and active parishioners.
