From March 13-24, 2023, the ELCIR Theological Institute in Koltushi, Leningrad Oblast, hosted several classes (modules) of the Initial Theological Course: dogmatics, liturgics, church history, and missiology.Completion certificates were awarded to students coming from regions in Northwest, Central and South European Russia and Siberia.
