On February 19, 2023, at St. John’s Estonian Lutheran Church of the ELCIR in St. Petersburg (Jaani kirik), ELCIR Bishop Ivan Laptev installed Pastor Konstantin Subbotin as senior pastor of this congregation. Pastor Artis Eglītis, Deacon Hannu Keskinen and Catechist Andrei Ignatov assisted in the installation service.
