On the first Sunday in Lent, ELCIR Bishop Ivan Laptev started a visitation of the congregations in the Siberian Deanery. Route: St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Ufa, Yoshkar-Ola, Kazan, St. Petersburg.At Holy Trinity Lutheran in Krasnoyarsk, Bishop Laptev installed Deacon Aleksei Karabtsov in the service of this church.
