On the Esto mihi Sunday February 19, 2023, Viktor Surganov, 1st-year extramural student at the ELCIR Theological Institute, was installed as a catechist at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Moscow. The blessing ceremony was officiated by the church’s senior pastor Rev. Igor Alisov and Rev. Andrei Yurtayev.
