On January 29, 2023, the Feast of the Presentation of Jesus, Nikita Lahtinen, 1st-year bachelor’s student at the ELCIR Theological Institute, was installed as a catechist at the Lutheran Church of Koltushi, Leningrad Oblast. The blessing ceremony was officiated by Bishop Emeritus Arri Kugappi.
