On December 28, 2022, ELCIR Bishop Ivan Laptev met with Boris Panich, director of “PSP-fond,” a foundation for support and development of awareness and social-cause projects. Bishop Laptev and Panich signed a cooperation agreement between the Foundation and the Church of Ingria. The meeting was part of the work of Pomoshch Blizhnemu (“Help for Our Neighbor”), a crisis center of The Church of Ingria in St. Petersburg.
