On December 12, 2022, ministers and staff members of the ELCIR Headquarters visited the village of Kachanovo, Pskov Oblast, and were welcomed by its residents. Every needy family received a Christmas gift of food packages as it is especially difficult to get to the stores there in winter.The ELCIR team also held a spiritual meeting for the villagers as God’s Word cheers up and warms hearts, especially in such challenging times.
