On December 6, 2022, ELCIR Bishop Ivan Laptev attended a roundtable discussion on the topic “The Presentation of the Audio Version of the Bible in Modern Russian Translation.” The discussion was hosted by the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation in Moscow.
The Bible translation was made at Kulakov Bible Translation Institute in Zaoksky, Tula Oblast, in 2015. Reader: Nikita Semyonov-Prozorovski, theater, film and voice actor, songwriter and singer.
Bishop Laptev presented a report on the topic “The Moral Potential of Holy Scripture (Actualization of the Biblical Values in Russian Society.)”
