Rev. Dean Vitali Luchagov of the ELCIR Northern Deanery continues visiting the congregations entrusted to his care.On November 10, 2022, he celebrated a communion service at St. Mary’s Lutheran Church in Kalevala, Karelia. On the same day, the congregation held its General Meeting which unanimously elected Pastor Vitali senior pastor. On November 11, Pastor Vitali led a discussion of the Catechism.
