On September 13, 2022, children in the care of Nadezhda Child Assistance Center for prevention of social orphanhood and assisting struggling families, based in Kondopoga, Karelia, went on an excursion to the Lutheran Church of Kondopoga. Congregation servant Oksana Dyba told the children about the congregation’s history, beliefs and purpose. The group visited the worship area and the Sunday school classroom and playroom. After that, they attended a lesson where they learned some of the basics of Christian conduct, solved a crossword puzzle on the topic, and learned how to make a bookmark in an arts & crafts class. Many thanks to Oksana Dyba for organizing the excursion!
