On June 29, 2022, Aleksandr Smirnov and Yelena Sychenkova, specialists of the Trilistnik Shelter, a project of the ELCIR in St. Petersburg assisting struggling mothers with children, attended a conference entitled “Children Should Live in Their Family.” The conference was organized by Roditelskiy Most Charity Foundation.The conference gathered psychologists, workers of crisis centers and maternity wards, child custody officials, St. Petersburg ombudsman’s representative, and directors of organizations assisting social orphans.
