On June 25, 2022, Presentation of the Augsburg Confession, the Right Reverend Bishop Ivan Laptev of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ingria in Russia and the Right Reverend Bishop Torkild Masvie of The Lutheran Church in Norway administered the Rite of Ordination. Participating in the ceremony were Rev. Dr. Naomichi Masaki, professor of systematic theology, Rev. Yevgeni Raskatov, head of the ELCIR Mission Department, and Rev. Vladimir Shilovski.
