On June 15, 2022, Pastor Vitali Luchagov of the Lutheran Church of Segezha, Karelia, attended a project training conducted by workers of the Grant Foundation of the Head of the Republic of Karelia. The training, which was held on the Segezha District Administration premises, gathered active citizens of the city and the district, workers of nonprofit organizations and municipal institutions.
