On June 19, 2022, Yelena Lieder and Vladimir Petrovichev were confirmed at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church of St. Petersburg. Yelena embraced Lutheranism following her children (Viktor and his wife Oksana were confirmed last Easter). Vladimir is now the congregation’s youngest member. Each of them received a gift copy of “Baptism, Faith and Salvation in the Bible and the Lutheran Confessions” by Matti Väisänen. We wish Yelena and Vladimir God’s guidance as they grow spiritually and live their church life!
