On weekends, Trilistnik (“Trefoil”), a crisis shelter for mothers and children run by The Church of Ingria in Kronstadt, receives visiting teenage residents from Radost Moya (“My Joy”) children’s shelter in Peterhof (both towns are in the St. Petersburg urban area). The twins Masha and Marina, Karina, Veronika, and Roksana come with their counselors.
The directorates of the two shelters made a decision to partner and discussed future work plans.
From time to time, Trilistnik also shelters children left without parental care. The young children will now have playmates, and the older girls will have someone to whom they can give their caring attention outside school.
