In early May, Anna Pomogayet opened its SPECIAL Coffeehouse with a star logo emphasizing its special nature.
The special mission of SPECIAL Coffeehouse is to be a platform for orphanage alumni to start a career. But in addition to its social-cause focus, the coffeehouse has other pleasant sides to it.
SPECIAL is located at 6 Konyushennaya Street in central St. Petersburg. Its interior décor is as eco-friendly as possible, having been made of recycled plastic, paper, banners, and furnished with carefully restored old furniture. If you have your drink poured into your own cup, you get a discount, which is eco-friendly and money-saving. You can also buy a mug right there.
Visit and find out what you particularly like about the place. We were especially charmed by the ceramic handmade crockery with multicolored dots, berry scones, and the knitted lavender-colored lama.
