From January 21-23, 2022, Rev. Dean Konstantin Subbotin of the ELCIR Uralic Deanery and catechist Artyom Dmitriyev visited ELCIR congregations in Udmurtia. They held a Bible study at the Congregation of Gurez-Pudga and a liturgics seminar at the Congregation of Izhevsk.
