On December 2, 2021, 5th-graders from a local school took a musical excursion to the Lutheran Church of Rzhev, Tver Oblast. They got an understanding of the voices and history of the organ, listened to various kinds of music ranging from school program to rock and cinematic music, philosophized and used their imagination, participated in an ensemble of koshi chimes, did a quiz, tried their hand at conducting, formed a rhythm section to perform Christmas carols, sang in Russian and English and so worked together with the organ in every possible way! In conclusion, they composed a cinquain about the “Queen of Instruments.”5th-graders immerse in all things music at Church of Rzhev
