On November 23, Bishop Ivan Laptev of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ingria sent greetings to Bishop Elect Matti Salomäki who was elected Bishop of the Diocese of Lapua of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland.Bishop Salomäki has replied:
