“This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” (Ps. 118:24, ESV)
On November 24, 2021, The Church of Ingria received an approval from KGIOP (Historical & Cultural Heritage Protection Committee) on its project to connect St. Anne’s Lutheran Church in St. Petersburg to the utility networks, which the building hasn’t had after the fire in 2002, that is, water supply, central heating, and fire alarm. Once the planned work is done, St. Anne will have central heating and properly fitted restrooms for congregants and visitors. After that, the church will start planning a restoration of its interior, part of which will be conserved.
Praise the Lord! Many thanks to everyone involved!
