On November 23, 2021, ELCIR Bishop Ivan Laptev attended a meeting of the Festival of Hope team to report on the work done and share plans. The evangelism festival with Franklin Graham will take place at the Ice Palace arena in St. Petersburg from July 9-10, 2022. In his presentation, Bishop Laptev likened our teamwork to ascending a mountain. The closer we get to its summit, the stronger our relationship with God becomes and the closer we become to one another. Our shared dream is to use the unity we have in Jesus and our teamwork where each person is like a piece of the big picture in a puzzle in order to let God be glorified and to help many to be saved.
