From November 1-12, 2021, the ELCIR Theological Institute (TICI) in Koltushi, Leningrad Oblast, taught the Initial Theological Course again! The students attended the following classes: Personal Spiritual Life, Old Testament, New Testament, Hermeneutics and Homiletics.
