On September 22, 2021, Sannamaaria Vanamo, Consul General of Finland in St. Petersburg, visited Koltushi, Leningrad Oblast. Ms. Vanamo took office as Consul General in April 2021.Her program included visiting the Koltushi Community Social Service Center where a memorial plaque was inaugurated in memory of Sister Helena Lyra (1941-2008) who was instrumental in the implementation of Inkeri Project helping revive Ingrian Finnish life and spirituality in Russia. Ms. Vanamo also visited the ELCIR Theological Institute and the Lutheran church of Koltushi.
