The Lutheran Congregation of Kem, Karelia, enjoyed organ music during the Sunday mass on August 15, 2021. Although the congregation obtained an electronic keyboard a long time ago, they still don’t have anyone to play it. As Rev. Anatoli Pogasiy and his family stopped over at this church on their travel from Kazan, Tatarstan, where he serves to the Solovetsky Islands in the Onega Bay, his wife, an accomplished musician, played the organ score for the worship service in Kem, which is a rare enjoyment for this countryside church. Pastor Anatoli’s daughter Veronika sings very well.
After church, Sunday school children had an arts & crafts class, making church symbols.
