We’d like to thank the Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. John (Jaani Kirik) in St. Petersburg for holding a charity concert! The donations collected during the concert and the worship service will be used to buy groceries, medicines and to cover travel expenses. This was the first time that some of the children in our care had ever heard real music instruments playing and singers singing live.

 

We’re very pleased to see spiritual and cultural life in one of St. Petersburg’s oldest Lutheran congregations dating back to 1731 rapidly advancing. St. John’s Church has assisted us in our charity ministry more than once and we hope our cooperation in giving our neighbor spiritual and physical assistance continues.
