While the clergymen of the ELCIR Siberian Deanery were in Ulan-Ude, Buryatia, for a meeting, an ELCIR clergy delegation visited the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Congregation and was warmly welcomed by Bishop Kirill Klimovich, Ordinary of St. Joseph’s Diocese in Irkutsk, and Priest Adam Romanyuk, the congregation’s rector.
