On June 13, 2021 at the Lutheran Congregation of Koltushi, Leningrad Oblast, Daniil Urayevski from Vyborg received a blessing to serve as a catechist. The blessing ceremony was performed by Bishop Emeritus Arri Kugappi. Daniil is an extramural student at the ELCIR Theological Institute. He’s doing his summer internship at the congregations of the ELCIR Northern Deanery in Segezha, Muyezerski, and Tiksha.
