With the bishop’s blessing, we have started a renovation in one of the older buildings of the Social-Diaconal Community Service Center in Taytsy, Leningrad Oblast. We plan to collaborate with the Juvenile Division of Gatchinsky District of Leningrad Oblast to establish the following:

 

1. A temporary shelter and care center for single mothers and their children.

2. An admission & quarantine ward and an in-patient department for minors.

3. A 24-hour social care center for children and physically challenged people.
