On May 12, 2021, Governor of St. Petersburg Aleksandr Beglov spoke to St. Petersburg’s Legislative Assembly presenting a report on the work of the City Government in 2020. The report had two parts: “The Pandemic” and “The Development of St. Petersburg.” The Governor also shared about strategic tasks for 2021.The governor’s annual report presentation was attended by Assembly deputies as well as representatives of the City Government, heads of various governmental offices, experts, and religious leaders. Bishop Ivan Laptev represented The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ingria in Russia.
