On May 5, 2021, the attendees of the pastoral leadership seminar took a guided excursion to the new under-construction building of the ELCIR Theological Institute. Building 3 has the name “Leino” in honor of the first bishop of the re-established Church of Ingria Leino Hassinen (1924-2015) who served the ELCIR in 1993-1996. (It also happens to be the name of a great friend of ours, one of those who keep our Church in their constant prayers.)
