On April 22, 2021, Bishop of the Church of Ingria Ivan Laptev was a guest of honor of the 75th session of the Leningrad Oblast Legislative Assembly where Governor of Leningrad Oblast Aleksandr Drozdenko presented a report on the work of the Leningrad Oblast Government in 2020.
