On February 16, 2021, Bishop Ivan Laptev visited the Congregation of Luga, Leningrad Oblast. He talked with the church members about the long-term plans and tasks of The Church of Ingria. The congregants and the bishop discussed future plans and brought up important issues. The bishop led a prayer meeting with a confession of sins and anointing.
