On All Saints’ Day, catechizer Igor Pavlov was ordained as a deacon at St. Anne’s Church in St. Petersburg. The rite of ordination was administered by Bishop of The Church of Ingria Ivan Laptev together with LCMS missionary pastor Rev. Jerrald Lawson and St. Anne’s Church minister Deacon Yevgeni Raskatov.“Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save both yourself and your hearers.” (1 Tim. 4:16)
