Consul General of Finland in St. Petersburg Anne Lammila has completed her diplomatic mission in St. Petersburg. On this occasion, there was a reception at the Consulate General of Finland on September 24, 2020, where ELCIR Bishop Ivan Laptev, Bishop Emeritus Arri Kugappi, ELCIR Chief Secretary Mikhail Ivanov, and St. Mary’s Church Administrative Secretary Lyubov Zosina were invited.Mrs. Lammila has done a lot to not only strengthen the relations between the states, but also between churches, and has always been a welcome guest at Church of Ingria congregations!
On February 9, 2020, Mrs. Lammila delivered a greeting speech at the consecration ceremony for the newly-elected Bishop of The Church of Ingria.
During the reception on September 24, Bishop Laptev wished the Consul General strength and God’s blessing on her work in a new capacity in the Republic of South Africa.

In the near time, Mr. Lauri Pullola will assume the responsibilities of Consul General of Finland in St. Petersburg.
