On June 15, 2020, in Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral of the ELCER in Moscow, the Bishop of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ingria (ELCIR), Ivan Laptev, and the Head of the ELCIR Mission Dept., Deacon Yevgeni Raskatov, met with the Archbishop of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Russia (ELCR), Dietrich Brauer, and the Head of the Administration of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELCER), Rev. Viktor Weber.

The ecclesiastics exchanged news of church life and discussed the future of serving together in different areas. The hosts took their guests on a tour of Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral.
